Regardless of which Fitnessgram 9 software version you have (School or District), you will need to apply the Fitnessgram 9.2.1 update to your current program. This is an update which updates your existing Fitnessgram 9.x Installation. This is not an installer for the software.
To determine if you are on a School or District version, go to the Utilities icon and click the Configuration Info button, then click the License Key button. Next to License Version, it will say School or District. If it is a District version, next to 'School Limit' it will state how many schools are licensed for Fitnessgram/Activitygram 9. If the updater was successful, it will show a build version as well, (e.g. 9.2).
The Fitnessgram 9.2.1 update will include all previous updates for the FG 9.0 program. This includes the recently released 9.2 in Fall 2011 which primarily focused on new data managment features. The FG 9.2.1 provides fixes for the following:
FOR TEXAS CUSTOMERS:Changes to the TEA export file as requested for FG 9
Added filtering on the Custom Import page
Corrections for the student and parent reports
Percentage Tested Overview Report
More Info link
Config module permissions for Activity Log and Activitygram
